Case | The top of the case is covered with champlevé enamel which extends to the four Corinthian columns and the base. The timepiece is surmounted by a handle of Greek key design, the centre of which is fluted and gilded, and the ends of which are decorated with enamelwork. |
Dial | Both the Roman numeral main dial and the Arabic numeral alarm dial have a champlevé enamel mask, and are set upon shaped white plates which are laid on a pale blue/grey background. The centre of each dial displays further decoration. |
Movement | The movement strikes and repeats on a gong. |
