This French gorge cased timepiece has five beautiful panels signed T. S. The top panel features a quiver of arrows and musical instruments surrounded by red roses, whilst the side panels show a courting couple.
The dials are set on a blue background and are surrounded by gilt floral designs incorporating semi-precious stones. The alarm dial employs arabic numerals, whilst the main dial employs Roman numerals with red roses between and fine gilt tracery in the centre.
The movement strikes and repeats on a gong and is provided with an alarm.
