A Charming Decorative Miniature Pocket Watch
The gold case with engine turned back, ribbed band and stirrup bow, having split pearls to both the back and the sprung front bezel. The gilt dial with engine turned centre and having an enamel minutes chapter and Arabic hour numerals set on to enamel cartouches, together with blued steel ‘Breguet’ hands. The key wound (probably Swiss) gilt fusee movement with attractively pierced and engraved balance bridge to the verge escapement together with an offset, silvered regulator disc.
This watch case has survived in remarkably fine original condition.
