A very fine mahogany longcase clock with enamel dials
Mudge & Dutton produced longcase clocks at various price points, of which enamel dials were the most expensive. Fleet Street cases are attributed to the Rich family workshop, who also made cases for Holmes. Mudge & Dutton’s cases differ, the hood door having a fine bolection moulding.
