Original numbered travel case.

Dial

Silver engine turned with Roman numerals Breguet moon hands set within a gilt mask with silver Roman alarm dial below. Dial signed Breguet below XII.

 

Movement

Two train twin barrel striking and minute repeating grande sonnerie, petite sonnerie with repeat, strike silent and alarm. Hours and quarters sounded upon two coiled blued steel gongs with two hammers, third hammer for alarm.
