The case stands on dainty feet with an engraved dome top holding a silvered bell and a miniature cupid. Each side of the case portrays different stories of the centrally engraved woman.
The oval silver dial centre is engraved with a woman viewing herself in her mirror, surrounded by methodological creatures.
