Dial | 6 inch square brass dial with winged cherub head spandrels and silvered Roman and Arabic chapter-ring with half-hour marks, the matted centre with decorated date aperture below XII. |
Movement | 5 by 6¼ inch plates with five baluster pillars, single fusee, with verge escapement, pull repeating, sounding the hours and quarters on two bells. The line border backplate with tulips and entwined foliage signed Nathanael Hodges in Wine Office Courte in Fleet Street Londini Fecit over three lines. |
